Local Hero Tech Support

52 Myrtle Terrace

Winchester, MA 01890

HOURS OF OPERATION:

On-site and off-site consultation by

appointment. Please call day or night;

I try to be available by phone 8:00 am to 10:00

pm weekdays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday,

and 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm Sunday. No tech

emergency too small.

David Fonseca has been crazy about

computers since he discovered the computer lab

at his rural high school in Vermont. He started

programming then, and kept at it through college

and during a 20-year corporate career.

After the Internet business bubble burst in

2001, David re-invented himself and started a

new career in computers: tech support for local

small business and home users. In reality, this

new business found him, as he had 40 customers

before printing business cards.

He named his company "Local Hero" because

it is ironic, and captures his business aspirations:

it is funny, and personal. Dave enjoys being a

"Hero" (hah!) to his customers, for solving even

their smallest annoyances.

He enjoys camping trips with his wife and two

sons. (He finds it awkward writing about himself

in the third person.) He volunteers at Mission of

Deeds… if MOD picks up your donation on a

Wednesday morning, chances are David will be

driving the truck.

If your gizmo connects to the Internet, Dave

will help you to get it working right. Smart

phone, Windows PC or Mac—from virus removal

and data recovery to advice on what to buy and

installation of new equipment and software—let

Dave come and help you.
