WinCAM is an essential part of the community.
Maybe you've seen WinCAM staff at Selectmen
meetings or Town Meeting. Maybe you've seen
the WinCAM van driving around town. Maybe
you've stopped and asked yourself: "What is
WinCAM"? The short answer is that WinCAM is
Winchester's community media center. The more
accurate answer is that WinCAM is many things
to many people. We are your local television
station, but we're also an institution of learning
and a hub for the creative community.
Have you ever thought about having your
own television show, podcast, or video blog?
Do you enjoy photography, videography, or
movie-making? Are you looking to give back to
the community in a fun and creative way? Then
WinCAM membership is for you. Memberships
start at just $10 per year and all the training,
access to equipment, and airtime is free.
Check out WinCAM on TV: Comcast channels
8, 9, 22 and Verizon channels 36, 37, 38. We
also stream all our content and host on-demand
programming on our website: wincam.org. So
check us out! Let WinCAM be your outlet for
everything creative inside you.

Winchester Art & Frame carries both fine and
decorative art, provides framing services with
emphasis on design and conservation, and provides
restoration services. We also carry several lines of
photo frames, easels, and gifts such as hand-blown
glass, pottery, albums, leaded glass boxes, hand-
turned wood pieces, and semiprecious jewelry.
The gallery currently contains the art of more
than 85 artists, including original watercolors, oils,
and photography, giclees, hand colored etchings,
serigraphs, lithographs, needlework, mixed media,
and antique art and maps. Ancillary services include
deacidification, dry mounting, blocking, stretching,
shrink wrapping, and installation.
There are over 3,000 frame samples from which to
select. We make the framing experience painless by
working with you through the design and selection
process of mats, glazing, and other appropriate
materials and processes, with emphasis on the
protection and long-term preservation of your art.
We have been in business in Winchester for more
than 25 years. Our staff totals well over 100 years
of framing experience. Dave, a Certified Picture
Framer (CPF), is a longtime Board Member and Past
President of the New England Professional Picture
Framers Association and is an International Judge.
Bev currently serves on the Board as Treasurer of the
Association.
